"We all know how expensive auto insurance can be in general, and sometimes you might question if it’s worth it, I know I have. I have been with a few insurance companies in my lifetime, and I can 100% tell you that State Farm, and especially the State Farm Insurance Agent office of Stephanie Scanlan in Benicia - is more than worth it. Just a few days ago I was in a horrible car accident where I was t-boned, which has left me with multiple injuries, mental distress, financial loss, and a totaled vehicle. Going through that process alone is traumatizing, dealing with your insurance after the fact should not be. The State Farm staff at this location called me immediately within minutes of my accident, to ask me if I was okay and what happened. They were so kind, caring, and genuine, which helped significantly. I was immediately contacted by the claims department, provided a rental that was on my policy, and given direction and encouragement on what to do next. Getting into an accident can take a long time to recover. Make sure you have the support and resources available that you deserve to prepare you for the best, when life sometimes throws you the worst. If you’re looking for insurance or are thinking about switching, call this office - it’s an investment in yourself, and you deserve the best."
